New Update Available .85

Hey guys, a new update is available now firmware version ending with .85. 

Personally (I think 100% of the forum members agree with this) I have stopped thinking it will ever get fixed on Android 14 at least. Sometimes idle temperature reaches 39°C as it's summer here but still other phones are not that high so it's still much bad comparatively.

Upgrade on your own risk. Those who are still on Android 13 it's advisable to not to upgrade to Android 14. Those who have already upgraded to Android 14 we have no option just to upgrade and make this sh.it. phone even worse.

Please drop reviews those who upgrade. My phone is now out of warranty as I bought this on the release date itself.

At the beginning of the year, when the A14 update came, I updated it myself. For 4 months my phone was unusable and I couldn't play anything on it due to numerous problems. Then I downgraded to the A13 system and now the phone has worked flawlessly. People think that Nubia Redmagic gaming phones have a lot of problems, but I can say that today the Redmagics wipe the floor with Rog phones and are completely superior. The next phone I will buy is Nubia Redmagic and I will never go back to Asus. Asus developers and technical support are the most unreliable of all phone brands. Even here, that Mattias answers when he wants and he has no real information about anything. His advice for every problem is to update the phone to the latest A14 version, even though he surely knows that it will only cause more problems.

I would also like to add that the indoor temperature of my home is now around 26°C in the summer. I'm playing Call of Duty Mobile using X-mode without a cooler. I have such a room fan and when it is on 1.5 meters away from my phone, the temperature of my phone does not rise above 36°C during longer games. The temperature of the system stays around 33-36°C all the time. I noticed that it even keeps my phone cooler than the phone's own AeroActivecooler 7.

what are the problems on .85?

I updated to WW_34.1010.0820.85 recently. No issues so far.

But in the firstplace, I didn't have any issues after upgrading to Android 14 except from temporary GPAY/UPI issue so mileage may wary. Fixed it by reinstalling those apps.

My device is 7 Ultimate (India version) - ASUS_AI2205_D so I'm wondering if this A14 issues are depend on the region version.

I too have Rog 7 Indian Version but after upgrading to Android 14 I have issues like overheating, major fps drops, lags in UI here and there which shouldn't be as it's a flagship phone.
