My ROG 7 Pro is stuck on that Boot Loop

Soft resets don't work, it just stays on the boot menu options. Charging doesn't work. Removing the SIM briefly got me an android symbol but still went to the boot menu...

Apologies. I see I wrote ROG 7 but it's a ROG 5 Pro. I am not sure which firmware version I'm on unfortunately. I don't think I did any recent updates..

Have you tried performing a factory reset? If that still doesn't help I do recommend checking with your closest ASUS Service Center.

The factory reset does not work and my closest ASUS service centre is in China. I bought the phone off AliExpress and when my local IT guy checked the serial number, North American ASUS would not except the ticket..
