It seems you are missing the important Google security updates, to check this you can go to Settings > Security & lock screen and see when did you get the last security update.
You can press the security update text to see if you can download the latest update.

Better to avoid leaving A13 im Rog. Just use another device in order to manage Bank Accounts.
