Could you elaborate a bit more?
If you suspect an issue with the microphone you can always check if the module is working correctly by doing a SMMI test, to do this, please open the calculator app, type in ".12345+=", select "Single test" and do the "BoardMic" tests.
If they fail then I would advice to contact your closest ASUS Service Center, if not? Please let me know.
