In this case, I recommend turning off system notifications if you haven't already. Alternatively, the safest approach to avoid updates is to go into Developer Options and turn off "Automatic system updates."

I got some extra info and I'm afraid it's not possible to completely get rid of the notification.
But if you want to stay in your current version you can contact your local Service Center and apply for a No FOTA service, this will make sure you don't get any updates but it means you will not receive any future FOTA updates, as it is a finalizing process and one can't re-apply for FOTA.
