Hellow ,Can I find a file to fix the problem when opening the WhatsApp application, I looked for a Telegram channel but it couldn't be installed because it was invalid

Have you downloaded WhatsApp from the Play Store? 
I can't recreate this issue, could you please share the steps you are doing? And which firmware are you on?

 yes download from playstore but crash
