How to transfer registered product to new user?

Basically when I bought my ROG 7 in August 2023 I bought it from someone and it was registered under a different rog account, can someone get back to me how to move it under my rog account?

I think your predecessor has to untie his IMEI from his Rog account so that you will be able to attach yours to your second hand Rog Phone 7...
