Hello everyone, has anyone here recently experienced the Genie game not working or the app continuously crashing? Even when playing, the Genie game feature doesn’t appear?

I just called the service center Asus. They know about the problem, it's the same for everyone. So all we can do is wait. But it's very good that the company itself knows about the problem!

go to setting and search for Game Genie apps, 1. force stop the apps, 2. clear storage, 3. clear cache.

try enable back like first time usage..

Finally, thank goodness, it seem they fix the problem. Because since I gave up try to fix it because nothing worked. It come back alone like nothing happens, so my guess is thar they finally solved the problem, or after I many clearing cache and close the app it have back alone , but first guess is probably the good one.

To everyone still having problems, we are working on a fix and you can apply a quick fix by following these instructions:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check Network Connection:  

   Ensure your device is connected to the internet.  

  1. Access Settings:  

   Open your device's settings and navigate to "Apps & Notifications."  

  1. View All Apps:  

   Under the "Recently opened apps" section, select "See all apps."  

  1. Show System Processes:  

   Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner and enable "Show system"  

  1. Locate Game Genie:  

   Find and select "Game Genie" from the app list.  

  1. Clear Storage:  

   Go to "Storage & Cache" and tap "Clear storage."  

  1. Advanced Feature Settings:  

   Return to Settings and navigate to "Advanced" > "Game Genie." Ensure that notification permissions are enabled.  

  1. Restart Your Device:  

   After completing the steps above, restart your device.  

  1. Verify the Fix:  

   Once restarted, go to Settings > Advanced Features > Game Genie. Tap "Manage Game List" to ensure the game list is displayed correctly.
