What country are you from? These functions do not work in Russia. Our mobile operator says that the function is not enabled in the firmware. Other phones from Huawei, Samsung, Realme, etc. work well.

I think ASUS uses a double standard policy. Russian cellular operators are not supported in global firmware.

The telecom operator responded - the manufacturer did not add IMS profiles for Russian operators to the firmware. I can’t find the latest firmware! Asus disappointed me.
