I am happy to announce that the Android 15 update for the ROG Phone 8 Series will start rolling out today! This update brings important improvements, including improved performance, security updates, and new system features designed to enhance the user experience.

When will it roll out?

• The update for the ROG Phone 8 Series will begin rolling out today at 18:00 (GMT+8)

Some of the Key features:

• Private Space: Allows you to hide or lock private apps in a separate space, with a dedicated Google account and locking functionality.
• Circle to Search: Easily search for information by circling content on the screen.
• ASUS AI Transcript: Recognizes voice recordings and transcribes them into text in real time. It also summarizes key points with a single button press.

As the rollout begins today, please keep in mind that the update will gradually be available on all ROG Phone 8 devices, and it may take a couple of days.

@Mattias_ASUS can you ask the devs to add Individual Volume Control from the ROG 9 series to the 8 and 7 series. The android 15 update is cool but we are barely getting new features. They are mostly from the Zenfone 11 ultra.... Not even some ROG 9 pro features are added. Even the trigger to take a picture with the camera is missing.
