Assus ROG 7 Ultimate Mobile Data + Phone call problem

For some reason I am unable to have Mobile Data work on my phone and it used to work before however I am also unable to use Basic Phone calls even 911 cals. I love in the UK is there a way to solve this annoying issue?

Can you try and see if the SIM-card works in both SIM-slots? Please remember to turn off the phone while testing this.

I tried and on the 2nd side it doesn't even let me activate my mobile data as it says no SIM.

I am with 3UK but the problem is that the Mobile date used to work before and it works on other phones , I even tried other SIM cards and they still don't work. The phone may have been bought for EU cause the charger didn't came for one for UK and it came with a charger for EU.

(Eddit) I managed to switch to SIM card 2 to use it BUT the mobile date / internet doesn't work
