It looks like you have the first firmware released for the ROG Phone 7, the phones do get automatic updates, but phones that do not normally update might be Tencent devices that have been flashed for global use, those can't be automatically updated due to not having support outside of China.
If you got your phone recently I would recommend you reaching out to your reseller asking for a device for your area.
