internet problem after update to android 13

hi guys

After the Update to Android 13, some of the Apps dont connect to Internet. Its not permanet. If i close and open again it works sometimes. I made allready Hardreset. didnt copy any data. Still the same. It must be someone else with the same problem.

I have ROG 6D
