Rog to monitor experience

Hi guys. I can view my rog screen on a tv with an HDMI - type c. It's OK. But here I have few questions.
It will not show any image if I plug this with fan. (Could I make it work ?)
And will it work on a touchscreen displays ?

You need to connect from Side Usb

Side Usb 3.1 (Tv / SSD)

Downside Usb 2.0
