Rog phone camera issues

Pissed off Asus with your **bleep**ty ass attitude!! There is a known camera bug that causing the front camera button missing, disappeared portrait/micro mode and people been voicing out since A13. What your stupid bot replied was "hi have you tried clear app data + cache then restart the phone; there might be a hardware issues please visit your nearest service center..." F off. It is seen in multiple devices and other alternative camera app just running well, there are so many discussion not just in English community, and your sucky team just laid back and don't give a **bleep**  about it. Find a solution and roll out a new update to solve it. And for those loyal Asus supporters, stfu I have 2 diff rog model with the same issues and you are telling me it's the hardware problem.

For those who wish to look for the solution here, don't bother to do what others suggest "disable face unlock, redownload the camera, update all the apps, turn off and on for all the app camera permission, factory reset etc.." the problem will still come back to haunt you. Just restart your phone whenever you need the camera, usually I need to restart 1-2 times daily. I not mad at the issues, what pissed me off is the attitude of the company, recognize the issues and mistake then try to fix it

Not all cases are the same, this is why it is always good to have the service teams look into the devices to figure out what is causing the issue.

In some cases it could be a hardware failure and in others it can be software.
