Anyone else having issues with the software update?I bought this phone about a month & a half ago and I saw that a software upgrade was available so I downloaded the update,phone reboots and it get a notification saying the update has failed and the software has been reversed back to android 11, same thing has happened several times now

Let me try that now however I have totally wiped the phone you know with the power on button up and it says go into safe mode and reinstall os I have the second version firmware it is the second download button you see in the first image that is the current update I had I'm just a little confused as to why it's not taking this update let me try clearing the cache
