Anime Vision Notification Always on Request

I was really hoping the rear Anime Vision would work as a constant notification alert. But once you receive a text message, it pops up then goes away. Can I request an update where the notification light will stay on, just so I can keep my phone flipped upside down and see a notification if it comes in.

I hope they do. They don't even think about a great name for the variants. Pro and Pro Edition, what a lazy naming scheme.
