Rog 6 Game genie keep not working

Does anyone have same problem like I'm just downloaded PUBG mobile and I tried to add it on game genie game list and when I click it it's say try again I already reset so many times but this issues still happening pls if anyone that have the same problem as me pls tell me how to fix it

Just do this:

Type on the setting search bar

Search game genie

Scroll down to the bottom and click on the "game genie INFORMATION"

And then delete the all the storage and restart ur phone

I also have the problem since today, I've been hanging on it for hours to reinstall and try it over older versions etc... NOTHING works, no matter which way you cause game genie to start comes immediately error!! That's exactly how it started with the aeroactive cooler 6 for rog Phone 5s, it worked for over a year without any problems and then suddenly disconnect in the middle of the game and just ruined the gaming of all people! What is this?!?!
