No Missed Call Notification when VOLTE and VoWifi

I don't receive any missed call notifications or any phone notifications regarding phone app when VOLTE and Vowifi are enabled
It is worth mentioning that my device is updated,
I only found out that VOLTE options were the issue because of someone's else's thread, is there a fix for this issue?

just to be 100% sure, have you tried turning off voLTE and saw it worked fine or are you assuming? If you're assuming, trying would be helpful to possibly isolate the problem better.
