My phone freezing and turns off

My phone randomly shutting off, like every 3 or 4 days, first it freezes and then shutting off. I've scan it with anti-virus and it shows that I have no virus. And it started after it upgraded to android 14.

Hi @Giorno105 When did this started to happen? And which firmware version are you on?

I don't remember when I upgraded to android 14, but something around 1 march. Firmware version is WW_34.0210.0210.241
