I don't receive system updates

When I bought the phone it didn't update the system (February 2023) and it's still in Android 12. I check for updates and nothing. It's not rooted. Version is detailed on the screenshot I attached.

Hello, may I know if your phone is Tecent version? If yes, it will not receive FOTA and the only way to upgrade phone is update launcher. Thank you.
