how to change icons in wide?

I bought myself a new ROG 6, but I don't like the curtain that goes down and there are icons, but they are so big, and the ROG 5 is small and fits a lot and you don't have to scroll through the curtain 50 times to get to the desired icon.
How can I change them without downloading third-party programs to change the curtain, is there any setting to change the curtain?
