Since the relevant information you provided isn't much, could you help confirm whether your model name, such as ZS676KS or ZS673KS, and firmware version have been updated to the latest?

Update the Wireless and Bluetooth drivers through Device Manager. Reset network. Reset the internet browser. Update and confirm BIOS / Windows packages/drivers with the latest version on your PC
