Hi, after the Android 12 update i have an issue with my wifi and hotspot but not with my mobile data. Ican't turn it on my wifi and hotspot, it has a error written under them. What can i do to fix this?
I have the same issue. Just earlier today, i noticed that my phone is using data. Then when i tried to turn on the wifi, it just doesn't turn on. How to solve this?
Hi! Since it seems the error appeared after the A12 update it is most likely an Android bug, we issued a firmware update the other day, please update to the lastest firmware and let me know if the problem still persist 🙂
Hello Sir, I visited the Asus Services Centre. They suggested me to downgrade my Android to 11. Should I do the downgrade or wait for updates form Asus. @Mattias_ASUS
