What do you hope from more heater phone but same cooling system like the last one?
It would throttle your phone more than rog 5 which is already hot
They rushed released it without proper cooling system improvement
The truth is rog 5 perform better than rog 5s
Rog 5s only good at antutu but for real life use they're worst than rog 5
The only one phone with good cooling system which can tame SD 888+ is nubia red magic 6s pro

Not entirely true, black shark 3 and black shark 4 cooling system with fan can also cool the SD 888 / SD 888+. Infact the BS3 has the most overkill cooling on any phone to date. Sadly it's only available as a SD 865 variant.

The power draw of the SD 888 and SD 888+ are very similair. You really don't need to understand rocket science to understand that, also I'm quite certain the red magic 6s series has the same cooling as the red magic 6. It's just well designed unlike the Rog5.
