Frequency of Occurrence: Frequent
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
When ever I open multiple apps maximum of 2 and Bluetooth is connected .... suddenly System UI stops working and Crashes....

Hi Hemanth Varma,
For System UI error there can be multiple ways to fix:
Clear cache and storage of Google Apps
Update All apps from playstore
Check under safe mode if this issue persists
Check the last 5 known Apps installed since the issue started happening
If nothing works Factory reset the phone
