For unknown reason, slow charging seems doesn't work for me since i bought the phone. It still charge at 65w even though I already set it to 30/18w. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Device : Rog 5
Steady/ Ultra Steady charging doesn't work
Clearing cache & storage should help by following this steps
👇Settings >apps & notifications >mobile manager > storage > clear cache/clear storage/force stop.
If above step doesnt help than last solution to your problem is factory data reset by backing up all your data.
Settings > system >reset options >erase all data.
This should iron out all system bugs. If even after factory data reset problem remains as it is than wait for MODS to ask you for logs. Share them required logs by following suggested steps by them that will definetly help to find root cause of the issue by taking closer look at logs by officials.
