Steady/ Ultra Steady charging doesn't work

For unknown reason, slow charging seems doesn't work for me since i bought the phone. It still charge at 65w even though I already set it to 30/18w. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Device : Rog 5

battery things dont seem to work, some have reported problems with setting the limit as well.

The changelog for it mentioned some fixes to battery stuff

yep but from the changelog they only add new charger types and level adjustment settings...I dont see them mentioning about any fixes made or do I miss something?
