CudozOnePlus is better than asus tbhVisiting Service center today. Called them before hand and they said Data no assurance. Took Backup.
Then did a full factory reset. News flash. No Change. Same issue persists.
Going to service center today. They said no parts are readily available. Phone needs to be submitted and it may take 1/2 weeks.
So people, make sure you have a backup phone even if you buy a flagship device. Should have stayed with OnePlus. Worst experience.

BUB CHUCKTake it to Service Center directly brother. Before that Take data backup of everything on your phone and after that do a factory reset. If you are lucky and 1/10000 cases then it might work.Same issue suddenly facing from 2 hours ago...
Is there replacement of product entirely?

ARP_ASUSI did visit the service center. They could not give a specific turnaround time. They said everything depends on parts availability. Please fix this. It is 2021 and no one likes to buy a 50K INR phone and then wait for 2/3 weeks when anything happens. Worst After Sales Service.Hi,
