rog 5s stopped charging at 95%

Is this a bug with my 5s? I was charging full battery from 10% to 100%, it stopped charging midway at 95% how come? I waited for half hour, meter showed 0 amps charging. I had to plug out n plug in again to make it 100% from 95% stuck. I had chose skip once on both charge limit & steady charging still I didn't expect battery to stop charging at 95%. Using stock 30w charger though.
Using 0.84 firmware may update
