My ROG Phone 5s keeps saying that my mobile network settings are wrong

Hello. I have the Taiwanese version of the phone(18/512) but it did come with the US charger. I'm on T-Mobile, but every now and then, I get a message saying that my phone doesn't have the correct settings to access the internet.
My 5g internet is extremely slow even though I have the correct T-Mobile APN settings on. The 5s does work on band n41 which t-mobile supports for 5g,but it is still really slow. Is there anyway to fix this?

Okay nevermind, I got it to work. I was using fast.mobile instead of epc.t-mobile
