Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name:rog 5
Firmware Version:.176
Rooted or not:not
Frequency of Occurrence:
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
Mobile is not working at all on Airtel postpaid sim card , it shows no internet access , whereas the same sim is working in other phones.
On jio sim the ping is very high 300-400 in bgmi , but if I am talking on a call and running bgmi along with it then the ping is stable 40-60.

No idea for Airtel, if it works for other devices with the same SIM card you should look in APN settings
For JIO it seems to be common this ping problem, have you tried these solutions. besides, we come back to the first problem, it is also a problem of apn.

I had already tried that same apn and 2 others but no luck.
For the Airtel sim : I found a trick - connect to wifi n then turn off Mobile data , after this the option came to manually add apn settings for apn , I put em in manually n now it's working fine .
0 for accessibility for this rog 5
And +10 for hard work n inability to use basic features.

Hi krnapj,
Please try SMMI test:
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
If the above shows OK, try safe mode and Factory reset.
If nothing works please visit the SC.
