Hi,
ROG Phone 5 doesn't have Dual user feature.
But, it has a lot of features like Twin Apps, Lock and hide App which will serve the purpose.

Nope dual user was deprecated in Zen ui long ago
If I recall correctly it was last present in Zenfone 2
They possibly removed it due to some bugs and it not being a popular/highly used feature in the community
Zen ui now offers App lock,hide apps,hidden cabinet in file manager,Twin app features though
