How do I know if both battery modules are working?

Shouldn't the test show the two battery modules ????
My battery only makes 6 hours of screen time, is it possible for only one of the two batteries to be working ?
Battery locks at 100% until battery 1 is completely discharged

6 hours of screen is not normal, I suspect only one of the batteries is working
