com.asus.service keeps stopping after play games and unplug aeroactive cooler 6 in Rog 5S.

Hi.

So I have aeroactive cooler 6 and use it in my 5S because it said compatible in the armory crate app.
After played some games like Genshin, PUBGM, LoL Wildrift and unplugged the cooler, it always shows com.asus.services keeps stopping but nothing happened.
What is that notification and how to make that notif disappear or not shown again in the future?
