Chip does not work

I have an Asus Rog 5, I put a SIM lte mobile data chip but and as if there was no chip on the phone and already another chip from another carrier works normally, what can I do?

Sounds like you have a defective sim if another one works. Does it work on another phone? Have you taken it out and reseated back in? Try resetting network settings too.

He's new, I tested it on another cell phone and it works normally. Where can I reset network settings?

I put and took several times and still it is as if there is not a SIM inserted

I dont have a ROG 5 but mine is located in Settings - System - Reset options - Reset wifi, mobile and bluetooth.
