Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ROG 5
Firmware Version: 18.0840.2111.196
Rooted or not: Not Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Daily
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): N/A
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
================================
Hello, for some reason I cannot turn on the bluetooth function in my rog5. It started few days ago when I can still connect it with other device but I cannot play media/videos while connected. Then earlier this day, I tried to connect again but now I for some weird reason bluetooth's totally not turning on.
Is anyone experiencing this issue? Would love to read some possible solutions to this problem. Thank you and god bless.
ps. I tried basic solutions ike clearing cache and factory reset, but it didn't work.

Hi @datkartz002
Does the issue happen when connecting an specific device, like earbuds or just when you pair it with any kind of device?
You could try the following:
Go to Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile manager -> Cleanup -> Clear cache files -> Reboot your device.
Add your earbuds again and see if the same problem shows up.
