Didn't get the Android 13 update on Rog 5s in India

Anyone from India got update of Android 13 in Rog 5s?

SIM 2 slot unable to turn on in Rog 5

I've been trying to turn on the SIM slot 2. However, I m unable to. Can somebody guide me the way to do it without going to service center? Plz good people of this world, help me out.
