Backupinfo.db file blank

Hi,

I have ROG 5 phone that crash , I take the full backup to the external device before submit it to repair. After repair when try to restore backup it not  showing for restore. 

While checking the data I found full back is on the external device but Backupinfo.db and local_backup.smr is blank.

Is there is any way to regenerate these file or restore the full backup.
