After updating to Android 13, wifi and hotspot is not working

After updating my Rog phone 5s to Android 13, wifi and hotspot stopped working. I reset the phone also. It just won't connect to Wifi at all. There is some issue with the update. I hear many complaints about the same issue. Please rectify it asap

I can't even turn on wifi. Please look at the complaints. Issue is with update of Android 13. So many people complaining about the same. Why don't you take any action? Release a patch/ update to fix this.

I have issue with after updating to android 13 latest update.   OEM unlock disappeared from developer options. 4G and 5G not working.  no  internet from both sim slot,  even after factory reset.
