Aeroactive cooler 6 for rog phone 5

Hello there. Regarding this armoury crate, is there a newer version like this? 

 Because my armoury crate displays only just like this. That's why the aeroactive cooler 6 that I just recently bought was not working on my phone. Please help me in this situation. Thanks.

Which firmware version are you on? It might be that your phone needs an update.
