Aeroactive cooler 6 compatability to rog phone 5

Hello there. I was confused. I just recently brought an aeroactive cooler 6 that says compatible for rog phone 5. But when I've attached it, it doesn't work. I've even tried to check on my armoury crate just like on the youtube video but i cannot find it also at my armoury crate. Please help. Thanks a lot

I'm having the same problem. My phone doesn't even recognise the cooler is connected. The cooler is just gathering dust in a shelf 😕
