Long press will only proceed to call the assigned person, issue remain unsolved

@k_huat Just tested on a device I have at my desk. When I long press the contact icon, a popup appears asking me if I want to replace the contact or remove it.
Dialer app -> Three dot menu -> Settings -> Keypad -> Speed dial -> Long press the icon
You're unable to get the popup to appear?
