Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: 3
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Within 1 year time it's going to be 3rd time I sending for service. 1st time motherboard gone after firmware update than, 2nd time the phone network and finger print gone after another update and now the phone cannot get proper signal. The replaced the mother board and power board and now again issue. Seriously didn't expect this from the ROG 5.
