Regarding your issue could you please share further details?
Confirm your current firmware version.
If you are on the latest 18.0840.2112.210, the I will recommend you to perform a "Factory reset" (keep in mind to back up your data before)
You can try taking the vibration test by opening calculator .12345+= -> single test -> vibration test
Hardware test should pass all steps. if it fails it might be something to do with hardware.
If nothing work, then I would recommend you to visit the nearest service center.
