Christine_ASUSAs quoted earlier , going to a service center is not a fix as many cases have poped up where the fix was temporary and the issue circled back. This should be fixed via a FOTA. I have not rooted or done any changes to my phoneHi @TaeSeong, @reuben4k & @Shane Fernandes
