jaycamineroI think what it means is, if device is unlocked it's set to L3 and they don't have a digital contact for that. If the device is still locked you have to contact service center.I have the same issue and saw this in FAQ: 1044946 (ops site does not allow me to put a link. see attachment instead)
I do not understand what step4 wants me to do.😅
Called up Asus Japan technical support, asked me to do factory reset first. 😥😟
