Hi friend. I had a similar problem with the wide angle, the center was blurry. In my case it was a hardware defect, I sent the phone to Asus, and they replaced the camera under warranty. In the repair part they wrote that the wide angle camera was faulty. I recommend that if you still have the phone under warranty, you send it in for repair.
There was a thread here in this forum where I posted before and after examples. I don't know if in your case it will be the same problem, but in my case, that was the only solution.
