Twinview dock screen size shrink when switching top-bottom display

Just realized, when i try to switch app from bottom to top display n vice versa, screen size will shrink..even on switch app screen, it shown black bar on app viewer..

Afaik it only happen with game..i tried chrome n facebook n no problem..
