It looks like there could be some issues with the module, I recommend doing a SMMI test to see if the module is working as intended.
For this you need to open the calculator app and press ".12345+=" and in there choose "Single test" and "Front Camera1 Test", if the test fails then I would recommend reaching out to your closest ASUS Service Center.
